Articles of Organization for Project Union Forever

The name of this organization shall be Project Union Forever (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”).
Project Union Forever is established as a non-profit initiative dedicated to supporting and uniting labor unions, pro-American non-profits, and organizations committed to advancing civic engagement, equity, and justice. The Organization aims to:
1.Serve as a supportive structure for independent organizations, providing tools, platforms, and resources to amplify their voices and fulfill their missions.
2.Foster collaboration among diverse organizations, including those such as the ACLU, labor unions, and grassroots movements, to create a unified network of advocacy and action.
3.Introduce innovative systems that empower ordinary citizens and organizations to challenge the disproportionate influence of corporate interests and the wealthy elite.
The Organization provides access to a network of interconnected platforms, including but not limited to:

Each component is designed to address systemic challenges and offer organizations and individuals the tools they need to advocate for equity, democracy, and social progress.
Project Union Forever is governed by a Board of Trustees, which provides strategic oversight and ensures alignment with the Organization’s mission and values. The Organization does not own the independent entities it supports but serves as a unifying body to empower and facilitate collaboration among them.
1.Executive Committee:

•.Includes a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
2.Advisory Council:
•.Comprised of representatives from participating organizations, labor unions, and experts in relevant fields.
•.Provides guidance on collaborative opportunities and strategic direction.
3.Platform-Specific Leadership Teams:
•.Each platform within Project Union Forever is managed by a dedicated leadership team responsible for its operation and integration with supported organizations.

The Organization may establish additional offices as needed to support its mission and activities.
Project Union Forever does not have formal membership. Participation in its initiatives and platforms is open to labor unions, non-profits, grassroots organizations, and individuals who share the Organization’s mission and agree to adhere to its values and terms of collaboration.
The Organization generates revenue through:
•.Donations and grants from individuals, organizations, and foundations.
•.Platform-specific revenue streams, including virtual property sales, subscriptions, and transaction fees.

All funds shall be used to:
1.Operate and maintain the Organization’s platforms and initiatives.
2.Develop tools and programs that support participating organizations.
3.Facilitate collaboration and shared resources among supported entities.

•.An independent audit shall be conducted annually to maintain transparency and accountability.
Project Union Forever supports a diverse range of organizations, including but not limited to labor unions, pro-American non-profits, and advocacy groups. The Organization does not claim ownership of these entities but works to enhance their capacity and effectiveness.
•.Platform Access: Provide partner organizations with access to tools like Union Coin, Our Own TV, and Union Torch Social Media to amplify their messages and mobilize support.
•.Resource Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of knowledge, best practices, and resources among organizations.

Amendments to these Articles of Organization may be proposed by:

Amendments must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the Board of Trustees.
Proposed amendments must be communicated to all governing bodies at least 30 days prior to the vote.
In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets of Project Union Forever shall:
1.Be transferred to an organization with a similar mission, as determined by the Board of Trustees.
2.Be used exclusively for charitable, educational, or civic purposes, in compliance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
